We supported Roanoke Gas with community outreach, employee recruitment, and social media messaging and monitoring. We also provide external public relations expertise when the company needs to address news and challenges of all types.



Specifically, Roanoke Gas Company (RGC) partnered with our team to reimagine its website as a modern, polished hub that would support day-to-day service needs and reinforce trust with customers and investors.
The existing site presented challenges with navigation, content management, and scalability, limiting RGC’s ability to share timely updates and highlight key resources for customers.
Our team led the development of a streamlined, mobile-responsive website designed to prioritize user experience, simplify access to critical information, and create a more intuitive path for customers and stakeholders alike.
The new site consolidated the RGC and RGC Resources websites into one all-encompassing platform.
In addition to improving usability, the new site establishes a flexible foundation for ongoing growth—allowing Roanoke Gas to add content such as press releases, resource libraries, and investor communications.

In the three months after the new website launched, direct traffic to the site increased 68% and organic search traffic increased 11%, highlighting improved SEO performance and site indexing with new content.
Additionally, average engagement time per session increased 15% and engaged sessions per active user increased 32%, showing that users spent more time engaging with the site’s new design and information.
